Ciao! If my identification is right then this Xanthidae is Atergatis integerrimus - the Red Egg Crab - and it would be the first record for the Mediterranen and we will have one more Lessepsian migrant in Cyprus Marine Waters.

In the Mediterranean Sea has been recorded several times Atergatis roseus... Surely this specimen belong to the genus Atergatis, but I'm not able to distinguish the two species.
I know about the records for Atergatis roseus. If you may check the images on google from israel for this species then they do not match. But if you enter Atergatis integerrimus the images match one to one.
