This not the first time I have seen this but first time I see all the larvae.
find only at dawn since later the send move and erasing any cue.

Size 1cm

I seen only once, last year a larvae pull ant into the send. so I'm sure the evidence and the larvae are connect.

The first photo show the ant at the end of sink line. some time the ant is half buried. the second photo show the larvae after screening

The larva would be a Dolichopodidae (but it need a best expertise).

La larva dovrebbe essere un Dolichopodidae (ma è necessario un parere più esperto).

In my opinion Coleoptera Cebrionidae. I found often in Sardinian dunes.

Secondo me un Coleoptera Cebrionidae. L'ho trovato spesso nelle dune sarde.

Regarding the larvae

I got some more information. not sufficient but may useful

The first larvae is probably belong to Asilidae
The second larvae could be Adesmia sp.

Still I did not get a confirmations from others sources
I will keep looking

Add Asilidae photo for all to enjoy
