I think they are juveniles, yes. If the diameter in size of Caulerpa prolifera is considered with 12 to 15 millimeters average then the size of the fish can roughly be estimated by that measure.

A curiosity, the water in Cyprus at the end of April had a good temperature for swim without wetsuit? Roberto Pillon
That depends about how cold you like it . To become serious: The water temperatures usually do not drop below 18 degrees on the Celsius scale at the end of February which is the coldest month on the island. For the end of April it means that is around 21C increasing slowly to around 24C at the end of May. It continues to rise then to maximum levels of 33C from July to the end of September. In the free water column it reaches about 28C ad it is stay warm down to 10 or even more meters at around 25 degrees C. When diving down during summer the occurrence of Coris julis is a good measure of the point were the water temperature lowers.
From October to January the temperature lowers again from week to week slightly. I will be back in Cyprus in the last week of November and expect then a water temperature of around 23C and for the air around 24C in the shade. During fall there is a slight uncertainty about the weather and the temperatures however. In some years there it happens that one or two depressions hit the island in early November with heavy rain and massive waves cooling the sea a little bit more down to around 21C.
The real winter, at least what they call winter in Cyprus, begins most years around the second or third week of December with massive rainfalls for days often it is preluded by a week of thunderstorms during late afternoon or night.
During the depressions the temperature on land drops at the coast to around 5C with approximately 18C otherwise.
During winter the temperature at the west end of the island (Paphos area) is around 1 to 2 degrees higher then in the Famagusta area (east end of Government controlled area). Visible is this fact for example that Bananas can be grown outdoors at Paphos but not at Agia Napa).
By the way I always bring my own wetsuit along for snorkeling. Depending on the actual temperature my 5mm semi dry or more often my 3mm shorty.
If you have any more question, feel free to ask !
